Founding Director
In 2012, while sidelined due to injuries, Campese founded the Terry Campese Foundation to build brighter futures for young people and at-risk members of the community. Since then, he has been growing the foundation and its impact in both Australian and international communities.
Regional Programs and Services Manager
End-to-end delivery of TCF’s Youth Mentoring Program, NDIS services, camp programs, and community fundraising activities across all operational regions.
Volunteer and sponsorship Coordinator
The man to get our recruits in shape and prepared for challenge weekend. Link between sponsors and volunteers to keep Foundation initiatives moving.

Chairman
Nathan Austin is Chair of the Terry Campese Foundation and Director and General Manager of Form Projects, a growing Indigenous commercial construction company delivering government and private projects across NSW and the ACT. With more than 15 years of leadership experience, Nathan brings strong expertise in business strategy, governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement. Nathan’s connection with the Foundation began when he participated in the TCF Special Forces Challenge in 2024. Inspired by the experience and the Foundation’s positive impact on young people, he subsequently became heavily involved in supporting its programs, growth and strategic direction. Nathan now serves as Chair of the Board, where he is committed to strengthening the Foundation’s long-term sustainability and community impact.
